We have been closely monitoring the weather forecast and preparing for the arrival of Cyclone Vaianu this weekend. Due to its predicted peak, all vessel and port operations will pause from 1500 hours Saturday 11 April, to 0700 hours Monday 13 April at both Fergusson Terminal and Multi-Cargo.

 The last R&D booking time will be 1400 on Saturday, and the first booking will be 0730 on Monday.

 As a safety precaution, we will also:

• Move vessels to sea or delay their arrival where required.

• Maintain a skeleton crew onsite for essential safety monitoring.

 We expect to reopen as normal from 0700, Monday 13 April, and will update you if anything changes.

 To support you during this disruption:

 All VBS booking fees during the affected period will be waived.

• Cargo impacted during the affected period will receive two days of additional free time.

 The ASICS Waterfront Half Marathon, originally scheduled for this Sunday, has also been postponed to Sunday 19 April. We will send a road alert with further details next week.
